It's easy to share information about a container with anyone who needs it.
- From your dashboard, select the container (or containers) you want to share.
- Click share arrow icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select text or email and enter the details. You can also add an optional message.
The email will contain your personal note and key information about the container status. You can send the email to anyone, even if they aren't on the Crux Systems platform, and they can reply to the message to follow up. If you've added your company logo to your profile, it will be included on the email you send.
Here's an example of what the email looks like:
For the party receiving your email, when they click on the container it will take them to their own Crux Systems account and automation ally add that container to their dashboard.
Tags and Notes
When you share container information, only publicly available data is included in the email by default. Any information you or your organizations have added are not included. For example, tags and notes are private to your organization and would not be shared with external parties.
