The best way to add containers to your dashboard is to upload a CSV file. Your spreadsheet should include a column with your container numbers. Your file should have only one container number per row. Container numbers should be formatted with four letters and seven numbers, like XYZD1234567. Do not include any spaces or dashes in the container numbers.
If you know the shipping line, include that information in a second column for a faster search result. You can use the shipping line name or SCAC code.
You can also include any other information you'd like to add as searchable tags in additional columns.
To make things even easier, you can email your CSV file to containers@cruxsystems.com and your information will automatically be uploaded to your account. Before you email your CSV file, you need to pre-configure the column layout of your CSV file. Learn more about this one-item setup.
