Security and your privacy

When it comes to security and privacy, the most important thing to know is that your data is yours. We do not sell your data or share information about you with any third party. We only use information about you to improve our service and ensure it's functioning properly. You can read our complete privacy policy here: Crux Systems Privacy Policy. 

We take security seriously. Your account and your data is maintained via AWS, which you can read more about here: AWS Cloud Security. Keep your user name and password confidential and secure, and let us know immediately if there is any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. See section 3 in our terms of service for more details.

Data privacy

On your dashboard you'll see some data that is publicly accessible, like information about container location, vessels, and terminals. This information can be found though publicly accessible means from a variety of sources, including terminals and shipping lines.

Some information is private to your organization. That includes data like tags that you add to your shipments and any scheduled events you enter. 

Finally, some information is private to individual users. Any notes that you've added are visible only to you. In addition, your favorites, alarms, and saved searches are only visible to you.

No one outside of your organization's account holders can see any identifiable information about your shipments, or any information you submit regarding your shipments.
