The cargo tracking platform will be temporarily unavailable on Saturday, June 8 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm PST for scheduled maintenance.
During this time, you will not be able to log into your dashboard, and you will not be able to add containers to your dashboard (including container submissions via API and email). Containers that are already on your dashboard should not be affected.
For API users
We recommend that you temporarily turn off your API integration for the duration of the scheduled maintenance so that you do not receive error notifications for every upload attempt during the downtime.
Getting back up and running
We expect the update to happen within a 2-3 hour window, and we will send a notification once the scheduled maintenance is complete.
There is a small chance that containers that depart from the terminal during the downtime may experience a delay in updating.
After the maintenance is complete, your device may not be able to locate the server for a short period of time while the change is propagated through the internet. If you experience this issue, it should not last more than a few minutes once the upgrade is complete.
